What has the addition of the Mitchell 3&4 done for the PPS? What will the addition of the Stockton wells immediately do for the PPS and even after drilling them and based on a PR advertising initial rates? IMO any milestones or oil production success by TECO won't register with the market until that related revenue hits the SEC filings. TECO is historically very late with their filings and any Stockton oil production and revenue won't be realized until mid to late Q4 at the earliest.
The 2012 10K wasn't filed until June 27th, 2013 (see screenshot below).
Expect the same from the snails when it comes to the 2013 10K so I expect the market to realize "credible" SEC filed Stockton revenue by next focking June ! LOL! PLENTY OF TIME TO "GET READY"!
