I've got BINGO bellsandwhistles. Darrell Peterson is the SKTO IR guy, their interviewer on the CC, and here's a quote from the AVNE, OTC Markets Attorney letter:
The financial statements disclosed by Issuer have been prepared by Issuer’s accountant, Mr. Darrell Peterson. Mr. Peterson currently is a consultant for mergers and acquisition clients, a position he has held since 1997. Prior to his current position, Mr. Peterson has worked as Chief Financial Officer for several companies throughout the 1990s. Mr. Peterson got his start as Senior Accountant for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell, CPS’s, where he was an S&L specialist. Clients ranged from contactors, commercial banks, universities and international manufacturers.
