the first notice to the Company was in March when they lost their charter with the state of Delaware, the state records show they lost the charter for failure to pay taxes. Now it shows that their charter was reinstated ????
Then on August 14 (?) they were noticed by the SEC that they were being "suspended" for 10 days, I think it is 10 business days, They had an opportunity to square things up with them as well but chose not to. They were officially cancelled as a public company over a week ago !!! Not a word from the Company as to what they are going to do, has anyone received any notice from them ???
