DIAC Diapulse being delisted by SEC

Some days ago DIAC was frozen by the SEC, and this week it was officially delisted:

This will result in all of the stockholders being completely wiped out, but there was no announcement from the company and no stockholder's meeting.
Since there was no official stockolders meeting, perhaps the stockholders should compare notes at:
