Of course, with the dispute dragging out for years, mired in the slothlike Mexican courts, they have their hands tied...and are cash poor. What small junior miner wouldn't be, after dropping $6.5 million into a project only to have it hijacked. Now, with the mill site having been vandalized and rusting away, it won't be easy to get it going again.
