In Mexico the land holders rule when it comes to mining, You can have the digging rights (Never going Happen) and you also need the surface rights to mine. BGL thinks they have this in the bag, guess what, the local people own the surface rights at Cinco Minas they have the law of land on there side. The Local People Can shut you Down!!
