In the 10 years I spent capital raising for hedge funds, this was the most inactive part of an inactive season. Offices were on skeleton staff since people were just taking turns going on vacation or hanging out at the shore or the Hamptons.
I would rent a beach house with friends and just hang out there and commute to the city if needed.
