There were so many Mr Murphy causes of stop and go

But now all those things are in the past,so many would wonder why delay in shipping now.
Some things you couldnt speak to, but how does Bao's needs figure into timing of shipping- how many tons does Bao need each month?
Do orders have to wait til Bao needs more ore? Or are Baos needs so large that a mere Panamax wouldnt give them an oversupply of inventory at any one time? Would you describe negotiating w the Chinese like a disembowelment or merely like a 15 round bout w a rabid gorilla? Any info you can give on the negotiating process to help us understand delays?
How much does the task of finding the right size ship providentially going in the right direction, considering other demands on that ship, figure into delays?
Have the 100's of small steelmakers still been nibbling as of May? I've heard the small steelmakers sometimes order as little as 5000 tons.
I figure I cant ask how much inventory there was as of May, which grajekk and I estimated as probably over 500,000 tons, since there were reportedly 200,000 tons alone of 0-1mm as of June 2012.
