Correct, it has previously been posted a couple of times that during the month of October of 2010 SIRG traded at .20-.34.
What relevance is the share price during Oct 2010? What Rod paid for his shares is his business and the IRS - not yours - again he was an individual investor and not an officer nor a member of the BOD. Therefore it is not relevant what a private citizen paid for shares!
