According to CDFT my common shares are worth 350k. As an economist I would have expected a résumé of stocks you have been in to turn out better then I see your current and past positions. A fair offer would mean you think this company is worthless with the preferred issuance. Varying experts? The case was dismissed in court, fact. Have your formal economic principles ever made you money in the market? I just don't think you have a clue what your talking about. The kicker is, I am new to the market.
