Here's my argument for skto legitimacy: Hoye and Apel seem trustworthy to me. I can feel their sincerity in their fb posts and I believe them. Presumably they would have read all the skto pr's, and even if they haven't, they must by now know of the fairly extravagant acreage claims and multimillion dollar contracts, or one would have to conclude they're living under a rock. Benz I also trust to a fairly high degree, only because I don't think he would attach his name to a stinky-pinky share-selling scheme.
On the other hand, my case for skto being a scam is: toxic iEquity debentures, especially the one that converts all the preferred shares into 60% stock position. That's a bullshit deal and investors shouldn't stand for that. SKTO has proven themselves to be extremely unreliable in regards to announced divvies, name changes etc, and one has to seriously question to what degree that's acceptable. Kevin Allyn doesn't strike me as trustworthy the way Benz and the Berkeley Bio guys do. His numerous photoshoots really are a bit on the smarmy side and he has not accomplished much in the past decade.

I need to see Q2 fins to pass stronger judgement one way or the other and the company is clearly dragging it out to the last minute, which seems sketchy.
