I dont think legal will hold up financials at this point since no longer have JV activities- just need notes in the financials re possible financial ramifications/receivables etc from the resolution of the legal
May 28 PR was written despite the ongoing legal. Only thing that might delay some was -as per the existence or title of the motions etc on the Ca case -which showed a long scheduled hearing June 7-which we thought might be judgement-if they thought such judgement was imminent they might hold off until the judgement-so they wouldnt immediately have to post an update etc
but now we and they know there isnt imminent resolutuion of the Ca or TX cases - as TX trial was rescheduled from ca Aug 5 to ca Oct 7
if you mean officers I dont know -trouble finding people to be in the hot seat by virtue of being officer of a public co?
Brads never been public before and he may be dealing w issues associated w going public before completing what was promised by the PR-issues public people have to deal w in third world countries-believe Navial is Canadian inc but think his wife is indigenous Mexican-so he should have his finger on the pulse of those problems-remember title to Navials huge concessions was in his wifes name-so this is Brads public debut-and some are public shy-though PR does not suggest that
