PG, Not sure how many biotechs you have invested

Not sure how many biotechs you have invested in in the past, but I have done my fair share to know that it's a mistake to think the science alone is enough to make a publicly traded biotech company successful. Management is crucial. Great science alone isn't enough. And even with great science, the FDA has its way of cock blocking many biotechs with their great science. There are many dead biotech corpses where investors have lost tons of money because the management of those companies failed even when the science prevailed with FDA approval. Case in point GTCB. ATRYN received FDA and EMA approval. Ground breaking science. Yet management squandered away its credibility by diluting the crap out of the company and making bad decisions. They profited but shareholders didn't. Sometimes management is only in to profit themselves at the expense of its shareholders. It's why I am leary of KOOS. And why I am waiting to see what happens after FDA approval. You said it yourself, they don't really seem to remember they have shareholders. And sorry to say, doctors/scientists aren't really the best businessmen.
