I wasn't insinuating he would get those exact shares.  Of course if you place a limit order you will be "limited".  But again, if I had strong confidence of this going to dollars soon why wouldn't I place a market order for how ever many shares I wanted to purchase and let the MM's fill my order?   These prices are fractions of a penny and you are talking about not only pennies but multiple pennies, nickles, dimes, quarters or dollars.

I'm trying to understand why those here that believe in long-term would be sitting on the sidelines waiting for something to happen.  If their orders are not getting filled, there are clearly enough shares for sale here to buy at less than .001.
