L2 ask availability does not mean you will get tho

L2 ask availability does not mean you will get those shares.... If there are not enough shares available in this price range you wont get filled.... you can make a limit order lets say at 0.0015 for example and if there are any shares available between 0.0009 and 0.0015 you will get filled by the retail MM....
