Another problem w excellon and many other juniors

Another problem w excellon and many other juniors is the lack of PR's- as I've said some go 14 months to 2 years without a PR or any communication from the company while they produce complicated dilution schemes-such as mxg-w 30 billion shares and 100 billion authorized and no income last I looked-just to put things in perspective re CWRN. I dont know when excellon last had a PR and there are only 3 posts on the excellon ihub boards,so when you try to follow it as I have (not deeply but just watch it) its very hard to know what is going on and from what I've seen stockholders were not aware of any such problem at excellon.
