Riders are encouraged to download the Bird app, available on iOS and Android, to easily locate and unlock vehicles. They can choose between paying per minute for their rides or picking from affordable ride passes.
For safety, all users start in beginner mode, which limits speeds to 25 km/h. The e-scooters and e-bikes are permitted on roads with speed limits of 50 km/h or lower, bike lanes, multi-use paths, and designated park areas. Importantly, riding on sidewalks is not allowed, ensuring the safety of pedestrians.
