I know that the land scap has changed considerably

I know that the land scap has changed considerably in just the last few months.

You do know Im not looking for anyones awnser on this,  and its just speculation but I wanted to know if my thinking is in the right direction in trying to value the patent before we get financials. financials will be the key to that question.
