Rod has no control over BLM and how much dust those filings and applications collect while laying on someone's desk. Paul said SIRG was co-operating and doing everything right. Rod said they hired professionals to process the permits. We just need to be patient and be grateful that SIRG is building the infrastructure of a much bigger company.
Now if Paul had said SIRG was challengening this or that then I would wonder why and have some concerns.
