Governor clears deck for JMM, asks MHA to end President Rule Governor Syed Ahmed has sent a report to the Union home ministry with a recommendation to revoke President's Rule in the state as Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has formally staked claim to form government with the support of 43 MLAs.
