ED plans to slap PMLA charges against Kanimozhi Enforcement Directorate is preparing to chargesheet against Kanimozhi under stringent provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in what could take away the DMK chief’s daughter's happiness over having retained her Rajya Sabha seat.
