Following SC rap on Centre, khaps too want curbs on sale of acid A day after the Supreme Court pulled up the Centre for not formulating a policy to regulate the sale of acid across the country, the "khaps" (community groups) of Haryana announced on Wednesday to hold a panchayat soon to demand urgent steps to curb its easy access.
