Brinda Karat to raise semester/choice based credit system issue in Parliament CPM politburo member and Rajya Sabha member Brinda Karat has said that she will raise the issue of introduction of semester system and choice based credit system (CBCS) under the Rashtriya Uchchtar Shikhsa Abhiyan (RUSA) during the next parliamentary session.
