I think we should hope our first concession are go

I think we should hope our first concession are government concessions. Then if government A buys in, then maybe government B will follow, then government C will say, well, if its good enough for government A and B, it should be good  enough for government D. Then if a private concession sees this, they may say well, if its good enough for A,B,C and D, its good enough for us.
