All good points JB, but don't even try to figure them out because I suspect it's more hatred than anything else.

Hope everyone had a great fourth of July.  I will be in and out throughout the day, but perhaps more out than anything.  We had great weather for the 4th, but storms are predicted for this evening.

It is my hope news will be released sometime next week, and if the selling ever stops, we could see price appreciation for the first time in a long time.  We should see solid news when it is released i.e., concession or perhaps two, valuation, orders, method of operation, and more.
