Thanks for the "when CTIX hits it big" reminder.  I think it's healthy that I haven't been going there for quite a few months, and have stopped constantly checking the SP.  However, I have about 5 hours of driving alone to and from a wedding this weekend, and I can have some fun updating my ideas of what happens if CTIX is bought out @ $50, 100, 200, 500 etc   Somewhere along the line, a nice propane generator, wired into the electric panel, will no longer be an issue with my wife
