Yep, I get your point DTL. For damn sure Treaty

Yep, I get your point DTL. For damn sure Treaty has not been a typically managed Fortune 500 company. But then, after all they are only a penny stock and not even run by guys who have been in the oil business all their life, well, except perhaps for George, who apparently doesn't get into the picture for everyday issues. One item you touched on is the pps. You know darn well that a company cannot control their pps very well. Sure they could put out PR's with no validity, but they have chosen to not do that. Have they made mistakes, sure as hell. They even screwed up the cement jobs on the SJ#1 and SJ#2, so the chances of any success were nullified by their own stupidity. And remember the well out in west Texas where we saw a video of oil flowing from the well head, well, York apparently screwed that one up as well. So what could have become a productive well for Treaty became essentially nothing but at least proving there was a decent oil field there. Another item you mention is their filings. I understand your concern completely. Remember this, it takes a lot of capital to pay for a 10K and only a little less for a 10Q. If you have limited capital, would you spend it for drilling and hitting oil, or spend it for the filings. Personally, I'd delay the filings and drill baby drill. But that's just opinion. Another item, court cases happen. Any company can have situations where someone files a claim against them for whatever reason. The better picture is that Treaty has essentially won against what appeared to be frivilous filers who wanted to take over the company through the bankruptcy court. As for your last item, why would you have so much exposure in Treaty unless you think they are about to make you some excellent returns? In my opinion, even if you obtain a 100% return on any investment in even four years that's the equivalent of about 25% a year, and that is really excellent compared to even some of the best traders on Wall Street. Personally, I think you are simply exasperated with the quick climb up and the quick slide and wish Treaty could have something to put out that would cause continued increases in their pps. And within a few days, we hopefully will get some good news from Belize. Get Ready!
