Great analogy blind! On the other hand they PR that their building these hotels and a couple fall down and we're never told  so it all dies on the vine; (Belize).  They PR that one hotel can hold 200 rooms but then they find that zoning only allows for 100 rooms or they don't complete the hotel now because 100 rooms won't allow for profits (Madeley).  Then while all this is happening they have PR'd all these great projects and goals but never PR the outcomes due to the fact that the outcomes were false starts but why not PR the truth.  Their credibility and share price evaporates.  The book is still being written with  565 chapters, an index, footnotes, etc. but I'm hopeful this story has a happy ending.  In addtion they are claiming during the CC and recently in an email exchange that they have zero control over the PPS.  Their lack of PPS ownership implies to me that they don't think their performance which includes false starts, delays, lack of timely filings, court cases brought upon themselves by pissing people off, and ultimately a PPS int the .008's has anything to do with their decisions and actions over many years?  I believe in moving forward and carrying on but is the past a precursor to the future?  Time will tell!  Two completed wells with 28% ownership doesn't do it for me as compared to the all the above.  I'm long and still have faith but I think I'm done buying TECO shares.  I'm holding what I have and moving on to other stocks with available cash.  I have far too much exposure for this management teams PPS attitude as it is.
