I have talked to IR and the CEO and I do know the answer, but that information should be dissiminated by the company if they so choose, not me. The question is do you know the answer? After all, you are the moderator on this board. I would hope that you are at least for the company, and not like TD and others on another board who are apparently always posting for the demise of Treaty. Consider this. If Treaty were building a hotel, and they set up initially some four years ago, and then went about the business of researching for a good location that was available for acquisition, that would take some time, right? Then if they were successful in finding a location and negotiating the consideration, they would have to implement a capital campaign, and that would take time, right. Once funding was in place, they would have to hire architects and engineers to develop plans for the site and project, right? And once that was done, they would have to obtain construction funding which could be a line of credit, right? And if they could obtain that, then they could essentially begin their construction plan, begin to develop their marketing plan, and once the construction was fairly well along, begin to interview for staffing the facility, right? And even then after the facility was completed and the doors opened for business, they would continue to have to market and bring in additional funding until they reached cashflow positive conditions, right? But all along the way, there could be impediments that caused delays, such as permits, inspections, certifications, and other situations, so long as they had the capital to allow them to continue routine operations. Treaty is no different than this example. Business takes time. Management is doing what they can as best they can. Have they made the best decisions on everything? NO! Have they even screwed up some things? Yep! But all in all, they are moving it forward as best they can with what they have. And Belize is just around the corner. My guess is that we will know if there is commercial oil in SJ#3 at least by this time next week. And if there is, GET READY!
