The manipulation needs to end as mentioned numerous times.  The only way that will happen is with a serious material event that will scare the hedgefund and their brokers out of their positions.  They don't want to cover their short positions but would rather put TECO out of business.  They are successful with 9 out of 10 penny stocks but TECO has a shorters nuclear bomb called "BELIZE".  Who knows what other deals are in the works but Belize is a well known big one but it has also caused a lack of credibility and IMO the bulk of TECO's ongoing expenses.   Once we have a 3rd party verification that TECO indeed has that 5-6mm barrel resevoir and the revenue it will provide and TECO will be continuing in Belize for the long haul;  KABOOM! Then IMO W. Texas becomes the icing on the cake.
