I agree  a signal from the GOB of "TECO has final

I agree  a signal from the GOB of "TECO has finally recovered commercial oil in Belize" will send the manipulators to the hills and will hopefully cause a short squeeze.  Their games need to end and the stock needs to recover to an "honest" value.  We need T+3 accountability and any NSS needs to stop.  If it doesn't voluntarily then TECO should take some of their new found revenue and cure the problem themselves.
