Looks like the bears felt the sting from the rising PPS
They know that breakout signals are mounting all over the place and that fundamental catalysts are getting ready to pop. They also know that the bashers have lost a lot of face with the failed BK filing. NSS bid whacking is all they have left.
It's like a boxer who is way down on the score cards just throwing haymakers trying to connect for a KO. However, his opponent is better conditioned, has a better chin, better skilled, and has time on his side.
The hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly uptrend is still in tact. Treaty is still pumping 80 bpd from Mitchell, and is going to have more wells online shortly.
All the bears did was let more bulls in at a lower price.
