I've heard nothing but vacillating comments on the IFlop. It appears most are frustrated with Willy but fall short of any concrete action despite having stacks of information that may or may not bode poorly for Willy and co.With no notable assets and questionable concessions, I'm not sure what a lawsuit will generate anyway.
