Lumberg, I still have not heard of an investor law

Lumberg, I still have not heard of an investor lawsuit. Have you? All I hear is that a lot of people are mad, but no one is sure why. The biggest complaint is that William is silent. Well, one cannot go to court on that alone. So one must, eventually, ask the question why did such a large group of intelligent people go so far off the deep end. Why were people suckered into buying more and holding on?
I was not in these private meetings or in on these secrete phone calls that only included a chosen and trusted few, and in which the entire future plan for MMTE was laid out in fine detail. However, I can see that none of the stories turned out to be true --- no merger with Trilliant, no gold mining, and no buy-out by the big boys (just to name a few). I did see posts that claimed these stories were true, that what was told was guaranteed, that the future was certain, and that all who told these stories were honest and honorable. So one should just trust them and buy buy buy.
Yet today, instead of all claiming loss, we see some who claim they made money and if you didn't, then you didn't know how to play their game. So why was the message controlled so tightly? Why were warnings removed from the board? Why were posts which asked serious questions called "an agenda" and attacked by those in charge? Who are these people in charge? What was their motive? Were they working with William, or just useful fools? Why is it that no e-mails were ever received and then posted for all to see? I was able to get e-mails from William, and I was never afraid of posting them for all to see. Of course, I did not claim to have detailed facts of future material events. So William had no reason not to send me written communications confirming what he said.
Was Maestro really William Lieberman? Has anyone heard or seen this guy since? Was he on the private board? Did anyone talk to or question him at all? I could ask questions all day long because there are so many serious questions that should have been asked by everyone. Yet only a controlled story line was ever permitted, and when one steps back, that story line seems hard to believe. At least, from today's perspective one would find it hard to believe. And with no words of caution allowed on the board, why would anyone question?
