is the million dollar question we ALL want answered.
I can't think of a single reason why they would hold it up, unless they had something to gain from doing so. Holding it up eventually causes SIRG to fail. I just haven't been able to find a reason yet why they would want it to fail.
so I continue to be a long investor.
