The hotel seems to meet the needs of its team members, too, as it has retained 50% of the staff since its pre-opening. The strong bond between associates helped the hotel achieve a lot, from second place in the brand's 2012 Guest Overall Satisfaction to tug-of-war champions 3 years in a row at the annual franchise company picnic.
