No...BLTA is OTCQB which is the old equivalent of BB, which was run by FINRA.
FINRA got out of the business of listing stocks, so to speak, about 2 years ago, and the stocks
moved over to OTC. Absolutely nothing to worry about, as Baltia is compliant BB/QB
