Seattle, WA, June 20, 2013 -- Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. (OTC Pink: BCCI ),a fast growing U.S. based beverage and branded products company announced that it has secured its first location in Cape Coral Florida as part of an expansion by a new joint venture.
The new Baristas will be located at 403 Cape Coral Parkway, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 at the intersection of Palm Tree Blvd. and is expected to open in late July, 2013.
The Joint venture "Baristas Coffee Company Florida, L.L.C" is owned 51% by Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. a publically traded Nevada corp. and 49% by "South Florida Coffee Company, L.L.C" of which Delray Beach Florida based private equity investment firm "Capital Consulting, Inc." is a majority partner.
CEO Barry Henthorn stated, "We are thrilled to be leveraging the proven success that our Tampa location has demonstrated to expand in Florida. By expanding via the Joint Venture with South Florida Coffee Company, L.L.C we gain a local presence to support the Florida locations. The cost and other resources of developing this region are shared amongst the partners allowing an acceleration of expansion and a solid support structure. In addition to the Cape Coral Location which has been finalized, the Joint Venture has also signed letters of intent on two additional locations in South Florida.
