Well but with the commission price you would pay at etrade, they would charge you a fee for having to give them a paper certificate. Furthermore, it could take a lot longer for them to clear those....I heard the number 2 weeks up to. I would rather let someone sell them and just wire the money to my accounts. The underwriter fee would be small. Other than that I don't know. I'm sure more details will follow.
