Lots of wonderful things going on at CDFT. Wonder when were up to the plate... Getting very eager to get going here. Have my preferred, waiting on the R/S. than the info for the conversion back to commons, registration, up list. Pretty sure this is how it works so far... Tell me, when we convert back to commons and so to say have the underwriter sell our shares, how much does the underwriter get for selling our shares, if anything?? I know we have to pay for the registration and conversion which doesn’t bother me according to what I will be able to sell the commons for after conversion, just want to know how much we pay the underwriter, etrade is 9.99 to sell, what’s the underwriters price to sell... One more question, if we decided not to sell and collected dividends how % of the shares we own would we get for the dividend...
