I would love to psychoanalyze these guys who invol

I would love to psychoanalyze these guys who involve themselves with a penny stock company and then when they lose in one form or another they try to defeat the company.  What kind of mentality is that?  I obviously have my own frustrating moments and need to vent but taking that kind of action and the risk of a countersuit is pure stupidity.  Did they calculate the difference in attorney fees versus what they would unlikely recover if the court were to actually see through their weak offensive?  This attack on TECO seem to be purely motivated by these claimants emotions and with a zero amount of integrity or intelligence.  These people have no business being in business running drilling equipment and no business being penny stock shareholders.  These ex-TECO employee's run the risk of not finding future employment if background checks are run and this court filing shows up.  Above and beyond any perjury and tortious interference charges, etc.
