Ok so this was a big deal back in, ohh, Feb, March, April, May, June....Well I think your starting to get the idea. So being that this question gets asked all the time and it has already been answered numerous times what does that tell ya? That ppl just want info easy and don't want to do any work at all. So a few things along those lines.
Who pays the TA? The company. How many times a day would the TA answer the same question? All day everyday. Now is this a good plan for a company just getting going? Nope big expense. Lots of cash that could go other places. Now ask yourself this DID you invest in ATRN when it ran? If you did well bad dd baaaaaaaadddd dd. They are in bankruptcy! But you could find out the share count! Hell I called ppl at the company. Spoke with execs. And what came out of it. I rode that piece of junk for nice profit but it was a flippin dud. We are a fully reporting company so you will get q's and updates on shares.... Sticky situation Steve puts himself in saying that he is not selling his shares or restricted shares hitting the market as well. Kinda going out on a limb.
Moving right along. You shouldn't listen to me! Or any other clown on this board or any other. When you buy a stock you look at all the available info you can. One of the firsst things that attracted me was LOW overhead. Gagging the TA was part of that. So then you look at all the other things going on. Let's take a look at that... So far just since January Steve has... Got multiple shows on TV, signed lucrative contract to expand the company's footprint (see PRN deal), signed a lucrative deal for big revs (see CC deal), revamped website to provide better experience, hired fantastic new members to the team, signed deal with EZ VIP, got a reality show deal for EZ VIP, bought a freakin TV network for next to nothing (which is a whole other topic), and all the while keeping us updated via FB and here.... Sounds like he is doing everything he can to make a good co to me.... But if you think in the end that he is just flushing shares into the market to pay for bologne sandwiches than maybe you should sell.... I don't think he is though.
