I think ASCO may be a binary event only for avid I

I think ASCO may be a binary event only for avid IH or IHUB posters that have convinced themselves it is so. No institution is in CTIX yet so they remain just watching, the medical professionals at ASCO will understand the trial is still in an early stage and will still be watching the trial intently, and LE/ Dr M have said that p21 would be great at this stage but if it isn't there now it will be there later so they aren't targeting ASCO as the big coming out party. I don't know any other faction that would take a neutral ASCO presentation as a major stumble for CTIX.
If we get absolutely no positive news out of ASCO but also no negative news, I do foresee the stock price taking quite a hit because the current traders/investors will probably take some off the table but in time they will all return. But other than that temporary price drop, I don't see a neutral ASCO report hurting CTIX in any other area.
I really think the big news is going to be how the patients are doing that started last Nov. If they are showing improvement or at least no deterioration, then I would say Kevetrin is looking pretty darn good and the hard data will bear it out later in the year.
My gut feeling is everyone in medicine (like those on this board) is taking the Kevetrin trial with the necessary conservative view they have come to expect with trials over the years. But deep down, I think there are a great number that see the writing on the wall from the pre-clinical data to the early trial results of no negative events to date (at least any about which we have been informed) that Kevetrin is an out of the ordinary drug and are beginning to have a great degree of optimism starting to envelop their conservatism. Just a feeling, nothing empirical to back it up.
