I think the importance of the wording is very real.CTIX is responsible for what they say in their PR's and not throwing around false info.That's "lawsuit territory".It's so important that I wouldn't be surprised if vetting a PR through a company lawyer wasn't standard practice before releasing it.In any event.The "present tense" has been invoked.Mistake?Could be costly.Not a mistake?Huge!!
