as I keep saying the Ca court has to give CWRN certainty of financials so CWRN could file financials and uplist to OTCBB or higher -thus be sec reporting

so maybe CWRN et al is aware the Ca court is going to give it that financial records certainty in its June 7 hearing against Geo et al-which will allow CPA's to hurriedly finish financials in compliance w an sec registration statement
