Seel,
I agree that Leo has sent a direct message with his word choice for this PR. He now knows that K works, that CTIX holds the patent on a new class of chemistry for cancer and other stuff, that CTIX has a franchise (better than a pizza franchise).
This makes sense if you look back to the actual stock action on 5/9 and 5/10 and 5/11. The stock just took off on monster volume, relentless buying up $.70 on NO NEWS. Word leaked out somehow. They knew it worked.
