I cannot speak for fleets that HTI might have already been testing. I am speaking of fleets that want/need 3rd party verification that I just do not have yet. Therefore, other avenues of revenue is where I am going. Breaking into a UPS/Fedex, etc. takes a long time and some great "ins". I do not have them in the OTR industry. I am only speaking for myself (Midwest Hydrotech). Sorry if it sounded like I was speaking for HTI/AHS.
