No one wants to be talked to like that. I'm sure it would be hard to ignore and let it go. There is a lot of frustration and sometimes it boils over.
The problem is that while the pps is this low you are going to get that; and worse on ihub. If it were me I would come on here and explain the things that are happening to help the pps, because bottom line thats what we care about.
If you have read this far, I'll say one more thing. I think you need to address the issues the new president had earlier in her career. If you explain it to us chances are we will understand why that wasn't a dealbreaker in your mind.
