Can you take JC to small claims court for the HFL money or would it not be worth it? Also I thought we only owned their assets and we collected the revenue? I am just curious if it would be worth it.
I went to small claims court once for max and it cost me 3k and I won the 14,990 and that was in the state of Florida.
