Pete - cohorts numbered by dose increase. So - cohort 3 will always be cohort 3 - but might be cohort 3 at 4 doses 50mg, 4 doses 100mg, 2 doses 200mg,etc, cohort 4 at 4 doses 200mg, etc...So new cohort will be first at higher dose. Even if cohort just prior to them steps up to that dose, the cohort numbers won't change, just the treatment info.
